NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
What items can be returned?
All non defective items purchased must be sent back to us within 30 days for a refund, after your order was delivered, in its original shape, unused and in its original packaging.
What items cannot be returned?
A replacement product. Free gifts. Items that were damaged by the customer or have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance. Products bought during promotional periods(eg: Cyber Monday, Black Friday etc). Products bought during a sale (above 15% discount).
What conditions must be met for return?
Items in original condition (unused). Items in the original packaging.
Are there any charges on exchanges?
The cost of returning items to Toddle Way will need to be covered by the customer. As long as the shipment is sent back to us correctly according to our shipping instructions within 30 days, the above stated policy is in place.
How do I exchange my product?

How soon will I get my replacement?
To get a replacement can take anywhere between 15 - 30 days from when we receive a return to the point where you receive it. This may prove longer especially for International deliveries (non AU) due to COVID-19 and global shipping delays.
How soon will I get a refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive notification as soon as you are refunded.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Toddle Way offers a 1 year warranty on the LightPad purchase. The conditions under which this warranty holds are mentioned below.
Do I need to return my defective product?
A defective product does need to be returned back to us in Australia. Once it has been inspected and approved, we will process your request for exchange/store credit/refund.
Can I get a refund for my defective product?
You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 30 days of receiving your product. Beyond 30 days we only offer an exchange or store credit equivalent to the value of your product.
What items cannot be exchanged?
Items that show evidence of misuse, neglect, water damage or drop damage found at the time of inspection. Items that show damage caused by abuse, dismantling, or changes to the product not made by the company. Items with damage caused by natural disaster, abnormal voltage and environmental factors etc. Counterfeit items or items purchased from an unauthorised dealer.
