Why a sale now?
We have never run a sale before, but Christmas shopping is a good a reason as any. We are doing it early so that the new stock goes out to families sooner and has plenty of time to reach you before Christmas.
Buying 3 or more for a classroom?
Schools and childcare centres get a bulk discount. Tell us what you need and we will be in touch.
Good to know.
When does the sale end?
The sale runs from Friday 6 November to Sunday 22 November, or earlier if the limited stock sells out. We will not extend it.
How do I get the 15% off?
You do not need a code. It comes off automatically in your cart and at checkout on the LightPads and Jumblez sets.
Can I use an affiliate code or other discount as well?
No. The sale discount cannot be combined with other discount codes. If you have a code, you will get whichever is the bigger saving.
When will my A2 arrive?
The A2 is on pre-order. The shipment reaches the port on 5 November, then goes through customs and is delivered to us. We expect to start shipping pre-orders from mid to late November and will email you your tracking. We will not promise a Christmas delivery date for pre-orders until the stock is with us.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we ship worldwide. See our shipping page for times and costs. In the US and Canada you can also buy from our Amazon storefronts.
Can I return my order?
Please read our returns policy before you buy, as it explains what applies to sale items. Faulty products are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law, and LightPads come with a 1 year warranty.
